Warranties

Our various warranty types are described below.

Open-air Warranty
This covers faults and defects within the stipulated period as long as the item has not been installed into an enclosure.
Once the item is integrated into an enclosure this warranty immediately expires.
This warranty allows purchasers to satisfy themselves that the item is in full working order before further integration occurs.

Manufacturer's Warranty
The warranty on this item is provided by the manufacturer.
All instances of faults or defects should be communicated directly to the manufacturer for resolution.

Managed Manufacturer's Warranty
The warranty on this item is provided by the manufacturer. All faults or defects should be communicated to Sim-plicity for assessment prior to passing on to the manufacturer.
